Boot Camp is a 12-session program that will consist of intense workouts being conducted both indoor and outdoor at least 3 times a week over the course of 4 weeks. The workouts will have combinations of cardio and strength such as running, push-ups, lunges, etc. aimed to improve the overall physical condition of your body.
As a result of attending boot camp on a consistent basis, you should expect to see improvements in the following: energy levels, metabolism, strength, endurance, self-confidence, body tone and muscle gain. We will provide you with a fun and energetic environment in which to achieve your health and fitness goals.
